The HENDI Sponge cake saw is designed together with the pastry World Champion – Paweł Mieszała. It’s a reliable, precise, hygienic and very durable equipment for proper and accurate longitudinal cutting of sponge cake layers. Intended both for professionals and less experienced chefs in confectionery, as it’s very easy to operate and keep clean.
