The HENDI Mandoline is a very easy to use tool for cutting and slicing vegetables and fruit with precision and ease. The knob on the side enables easy slicing thickness adjustment, and the set also includes 2 blades for julienne. Working with this mandoline is always convenient thanks to its non-slip feet and a finger guard.
